- Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex

- Salary: £35,000 per annum Negotiable depending on experience

- Hours: Full time

We are currently looking for an experience registered nurse to work within this fully equipped purpose built care home as a Deputy Manager. This is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate that is looking for progression or even just a new challenge. My client is offering fantastic levels of support and training to help develop your career. The home prides its self on providing the highest level of care including Dementia nursing, Parkinson's, Huntington's and general nursing. The home has fantastic management and staff morale is very high.

Who we're looking for

- A confident leader, willing to be hands-on and with the ability to manage with an open and approachable personality

- A Registered General Nurse with full valid PIN and experience of elderly care.

- You'll work with our Home Manger to drive the highest standards in clinical service, helping to ensure an outstanding reputation for the village in the community.

- You will monitor care and quality and be passionate about putting our residents at the centre of everything we do

- As well as developing staff by sharing specialist knowledge on quality improvement, this role will be key in cultivating an open and honest culture and sharing good practice
