I am exclusively recruiting for a Deputy Theatre Manager opportunity in a private hospital in Manchester. This post would be suitable for a knowledgeable senior theatre nurse, or indeed a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner ready for the next step in their career. This is a small cosmetic hospital with two theatres. The successful candidate will preferably be an RGN, but my client will consider an ODP with active scrub experience.
I recently visited this hospital to meet with the clinical services manager and was immediately taken a back to how relaxed, well-presented and friendly the hospital actually was. All the staff were extremely happy and seemed to genuinely enjoy coming into work. Having spoken to the Service Manager I quickly learned how important the training of staff is to the company gaining experience in this hospital really will develop and further your clinical skills.

•Display clinical and managerial leadership to all staff in the theatre and day care areas
