Job Description

Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) - Salford, Manchester - - £31,227 per annum + on call bonus

Permanent, Full Time - 40.25 per week

My client are currently looking for a highly experience Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new challenging role as a Deputy Ward Manager.

The hospital is a 28 bedded locked rehabilitation facility which includes 6 step down beds, and will provide a care pathway for Adult Males who have complex mental health problems. Their overall aim is to improve the service users' mental health, wellbeing and independence whilst promoting and maintaining healthy relationships with others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users.

As a Deputy Ward Manager (RMN), you will have/be;

•NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)
•Extensive clinical and management experience

•Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong "can do" attitude
•A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice
