Hurworth House School is a specialist day school located in Hurworth on Tees for boys and girls aged 4 to 19 years who have complex learning difficulties including BESD and ASD. Young people may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their difficulties. A part-time teacher of design and technology preferably with a woodwork specialism is needed for our expanding school. You must have demonstrable experience of teaching design and technology successfully and hold a relevant teaching qualification.
You must be enthusiastic and passioante about your subject and be able to demonstrate this at interview.
