Due to service transformation we are looking to recruit a Clinical Support Worker to join the multidisciplinary Nottingham City Diabetes Service. It is a very exciting time for the service, allowing for a high level of engagement and contribution from the team to shape skill mix and role definition within the service in line with patient need. All necessary role specific training will be provided for the successful candidate. You will be working with a diverse population and will be responsible for providing care for patients in a variety of settings, predominantly in their own homes, including Care Homes.

You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be able to work autonomously using your own initiative to deliver holistic care within a supportive team environment. You have a full, current driving licence and have access to a car.
