The role

This is an opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services to join the team of staff in the Senior Management team.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. This will be for an initial 6 month contract with possibility of permanent. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

To provide effective management, leadership and strategic direction for all clinical departments and allied services the Hospital, to ensure highly professional and cost efficient nursing and allied services, to achieve continued business success within a safe environment.

To maintain a well-motivated and highly trained nursing and allied services team and continue the development of all staff within the area of responsibility.

Job Requirements

The candidate

  • Must be Registered General Nurse
  • Post Registration Course(s) – eg. ENB 998
  • Experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
