Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Band 6 District Nurses to manage and have responsibility for the care of a defined client group over a 24 hour period.
We welcome applications from individuals who are currently on the Community Specialist Practitioner – District Nursing course due to qualify in 2016 in addition to those who currently hold a District Nursing qualification.
