Salary: £26,302 - £35,225

We have District Nurse opportunities at band 6 in the above locations.
We are seeking SPQ qualified District Nurses to join our teams.
As a DN, you will bring transferable skills, an enquiring approach and a willingness to work in an engaged integrated way, truly embedded in our Integrated Community Teams (ICTs). Previous community experience is essential, as is your willingness to lead, develop and shape care within our services.
As a motivated DN with passion and commitment, you will hold patient experience and care at the heart of your nursing practice and share our organisational values to your work and colleagues. Clinical skills competence is expected, but we will enable your learning through our robust Continual Professional Development package to fill gaps in skills, plus we actively support your career progression through our local academic partnerships.The role requires Community Nursing team and caseload oversight, assessing, planning, delivering and developing robust and clinically effective care complimented by our admission avoidance services, therapists and social workers, together you make the difference.

We work between 8am and 8pm across 2 shifts 7 days a week.
