Job Description



£18.000 to £20.000 per annum (doe)

My client are a well-established, professional, reputable Domiciliary Care provider, seeking a Care Co-ordinator for their Walton-on-Thames office.


As a Care Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:

  • Co-ordinate and manage the care workers to ensure the smooth running of the domiciliary care provider

  • Supervise and manage the care staff

  • Ensuring the weekly rota is committed in writing and by telephone

  • General office administration and making sure the staff files and trainings are kept up to date

  • Providing an on-call support service on a rota basis

The successful candidate will:

  • Preferably have worked as a Care Coordinator within Domiciliary Care environment

  • Has excellent communication skills

  • Have an understanding of CQC quality standards

  • Previous Care work or Support work experience is important

  • NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care is desirable
