Domiciliary Care Manager : Solihull - £29-35k Bonus

We are now seeking to recruit an experienced knowledgeable Domiciliary Care Manager who resides in the Solihull area. You will need to be qualified to level 5 or RMA and have a minimum of 2 years Domiciliary Care Management experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a very friendly quality focused care provider who deliver high standards of care to vulnerable people in the community with experience of private care packages.

You will need to be a car owner/driver be very approachable, friendly, have excellent communication skills and be passionate about care. You will need excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and care standards.

Our quality focused business is a highly regarded well established service which is expanding further in the Solihull area. As a manager you will need to be well organised, have good IT skills, have good business development experience and business acumen. You will also need to have a positive enthusiastic approach to your work and recognise your staff training needs and help to develop these further.

We are a very friendly supportive happy team who work together well, there is a full office support team in place and your role as a manager will be to continue recruiting care staff, carry out staff supervisions, hold team meetings, work to budgets and targets, staff appraisals, staff disciplinary's, monitor and manage your staff showing strong leadership skills, have experience of liaising with care managers, NHS/GP services and external agencies.
