Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Domiciliary Care Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of a high quality domiciliary care service in our locations at Roseland Parc Retirement Village, which meets the needs of our customers and delivers a viable business return for the organisation.
The responsibilities include:
Operational management to ensure the branch provides services which are flexible, responsive and non-discriminatory to meet the requirements of the clients and regulators, whilst maintaining cost efficiency and delivering business plan requirements;
People management including line management of branch staff – recruiting in accordance with policy, managing performance, monitoring and supervision. This includes daily guidance and coaching as well as formal supervision and development;
Business management to deliver a plan which develops the service in line with the Company strategic direction and addresses the needs of the local market.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management of Care Services or equivalent, or willing to work towards achieving it, and have at least 2 years’ experience of managing domiciliary care services
A full UK driving licence is required as travel is an essential part of the role.
