The Primary Care Visiting Service is a dynamic team of Emergency Care Practitioners/Nurse Practitioners who in liaison with the patients' own practice undertake home visits on behalf of the GP.
We are looking for experienced, professional and committed practitioners who are confident working autonomously in the context of urgent and primary care.
Visiting clinicians are required to undertake detailed assessments of patients presenting with a wide range of acute or acute on chronic conditions; formulate a working diagnosis where appropriate and liaise with other primary and secondary care services.
These roles will be cover North / North East Oxfordshire and will be based in Banbury / Bicester.
The post holder must:
Be qualified to degree level or have completed a level six module in Minor Illness/Injury assessments, diagnosis and management
Be a minimum of three years post registration with demonstrable experience of using diagnostic skills
Be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle for business purposes
