As part of our planned growth, IPP is seeking experienced nurses to join an established and vibrant team. Join us to nurse patients from different backgrounds and cultures whilst being provided with the options to experience a wide range of clinical specialties, including Neurosciences, Neurosurgey, Craniofacial, Gastroeneterology, Haematology, Oncology, BMT, Immunology, Gene therapy…the list goes on but it’s all under one roof – in IPP. Our patients vary in complexity and acuity, ranging from day case to high dependency care; you will develop an impressive repertoire of clinical and leadership skills.
Once here, you will be allocated a mentor as well as provided with support from an in house education team including senior support nurses. These staff will work alongside you, where required, helping you gain competence and confidence. You will take part in bespoke developmental programmes, including options, if you wish, to rotate across all areas/specialties within IPP. There are opportunities to participate in overseas teaching programmes as well as benefit from a plethora of training opportunities – locally, Trust wide and beyond. We’ll also provide a structured developmental pathway to assist with your progression from band 5 to band 6.

For international nurses, while applying for your NMC registration you will work as a Health Care Assistant/ Associate Practitioner until NMC registered after which you will automatically transition to a qualified Nurse position. There are opportunities for rotation across IPP if preferred.
