We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. They rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and support them to live a truly enriched life.
Dorset Domiciliary Care provides vital care and support to individuals in our Supported Living service based in Poole.
The team of support workers and senior Supports workers are friendly, caring and dedicated to providing empathetic, personalised care to each and every individual without exception including them and making them the centre of every choice or decision that affects them.
We also provide a number of outreach and housing related support hours to people in the community who need a little extra guidance with certain activities and tasks day to day. These tasks range from medication administration, maintaining well-being with support to health appointments, assistance with personal care tasks and accessing community based activities both essential and fun to name a few. Activities include food shopping, paying bills and banking through to attending social clubs or the cinema for example.
