We have opportunities for Female Support Workers to join us in supporting adults with a learning disability in our service in Teddington. This service is currently home to 8 adults who all require different levels of support. The support we provide include going out into the community, attending health appointments, personal care, medication or managing finances. The people we support enjoy organised activities, music, house parties and BBQs when the weather is permitting. As a Support Worker your role will be to enable and support the people we live to live life as independently as possible and achieve the things that are important to them.

Working times will be on a rota basis with shifts spread across the weekdays, weekends and bank holidays including mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins. All rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks ahead of time so will always know when you are scheduled to work however, flexibility is vital to accommodate changes that might occur with the hours of support we provide.
