Female Support Workers - 37.5 hours - Eastleigh

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, upbeat individuals to join our Supported Living service where we support 4 fun loving ladies with learning disability.

The ladies we support are very active and like to have a lot of fun. Some of the weekly things they enjoy include shopping, visiting day centres, going for meals, cycling, dancing and singing. Some of the things you will be supporting with include helping to prepare meals, helping them to manage finances, personal care (limited) and accompanying within the community.

This is a full-time permanent contract, shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. Example of a typical shifts, but not limited to, include: 10am : 10.30pm, (sleep in) 7am : 10am. (An additional £29.05 is paid per sleep in)

To be successful in this role you don't need a list of qualifications as we provide you with full training, however you will need to be someone who has a ?get up and go' attitude and passionate about making a positive change.
