Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Company and all that we stand for, playing a key role in the day to day running of the business, promoting and growing the Company's Care at Home services.
Supervising and working with a small team of Care & Support Workers, you will be passionate about what we do, leading and motivating them to ensure we deliver professional, person centred care to the highest standard of quality every time.
This rewarding role will continue to give you that all important contact with our clients, and you will realise great job satisfaction through playing an active part in monitoring and reviewing their progress towards reaching their personal or life goals.
Hourly rate for this part time (30 hours a week) post is £9.25 per hour.
Field Care Supervisors are required to participate in the on-call out of hours rota.

You will already have had a good grounding in Health & Social Care, ideally holding an NVQ (or equivalent) Level 2 or 3.
You will have a friendly and caring approach and the ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds. Patience and a sense of humour are important too!
Juggling a busy workload is the norm in our sector, so we would expect you to have great organisational skills, together with good IT, administrative, literacy and numeracy skills.
