Our newly-opened Peterborough branch now has permanent Care Assistant jobs in our brand new local care team working with nursing home and care home clients in the Spalding area of Lincolnshire.

For a limited time, we are offering all new staff a free uniform and DBS when you join our Peterborough team!

Newcross Healthcare has been employing and supplying highly trained healthcare professionals to nursing homes, hospitals and people in their own homes for over 20 years. Based on Broadway in Peterborough city centre, our new branch is ideally situated to bring the Newcross standard of care to clients in the local Lincolnshire area.

In order to be considered for this position you will need the following:


  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months’ previous paid experience working in a care environment in the UK within the last 3 years
  • Referee contact details for your current place of work, including a manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs
  • Up-to-date moving and handling training

If you have an NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or currently work in a care assistant job, you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
