Support Worker Roles in Farndon - Mental Health / Learning Disabilities

We are looking for compassionate and caring Support Workers to work with mental health and learning disability clients in the Farndon area. You will provide an essential service to support to both children and adults, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

The Support Worker Job Role:

You will play a vital role in the Newcross team in this varied and rewarding role, delivering person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans that enrich lives. This will involve supporting clients with their day-to-day lives, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and helping them to interact with family, friends and the local community.

You will have access to comprehensive training and 24 hour support and in order to ensure that you always have enough work, you will be employed on a permanent, flexible contract with guaranteed hours.

Due to the nature of this role, a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable, however not essential.
