Job Description

Care Assistants required to join our dedicated team to help support the needs of our residents to include personal care.  The successful applicants will help in promoting the dignity, independence and well-being of our residents.  Our staff are supported through professional development and on-going training.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care required
  • Genuinely caring individual
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Self motivated
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
