Job Description

LNR Future Solutions are advertising on behalf of a fairly medium Nursing Home based in the Stoke on Trent area. The Home has its own gardens and beautiful patio area for the residents and their families to enjoy. The Home is just a short distance from the town centre, easily accessible by public transport, and also provides onsite parking. 

The Home Manager is looking for an RGN Qualified Nurse. The successful Nurse will be working days, at around 38.5 hours a week, however The Manager can accommodate days for the right candidate. The Home focuses on incorporating innovative methods and adhering to standards recognised by fellow health professionals and regulators. The Home caters for the elderly and younger adults, suffering from various conditions such as Cancer, and those that have suffered strokes. The Home also offers Respite Care and Physiotherapy. Experience in these areas is not essential as training and support can be given.
The successful nurse will be responsible for administering medication, producing care plans, and other nursing duties.  

The successful nurse must be passionate, reliable, and committed to improving the lives of the patients, whilst offering them privacy, dignity and respect. The nurse must also be extremely organised, proactive, and be able to use their initiative to achieve the Homes goals. Job Requirements

The successful nurse must be:

  • RGN (or equivalent)
  • Able to work in the EU
  • Have a valid NMC pin number
