What we can offer you?
An attractive salary of £80,000 to £95,000 per annum depending on experience with a maximum full time 9 session week. In addition NHS pension benefits are available and we reimburse medical defence costs. We provide a protected clinical working environment with a range of centralised support functions available to ensure that doctors and nurses are not burdened but unnecessary paperwork.
In addition we provide extensive career development opportunities. The Practice Academy offers a mandatory training package to keep those essential skills current and can provide fully funded training courses to suit your career aspirations. Mentoring is available for those who would like support in the early years of clinical practice. Our network of GPs can also share best practice through our internal conferences and forums. For those who would like to develop a clinical leadership role, we will actively support career development with training and the opportunity of leadership positions within the company.
