At the forefront of urgent care, the centre is in the newly refurbished Royal Berkshire Health space in Bracknell, a modern building with free onsite parking and good public transport links. The service sees over 34,000 patients each year and treats a range of presentations covering minor injury and illness. As part of OneMedicalGroup you will support the local management team to deliver a safe, effective and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work alongside the nursing team delivering and developing patient care. • 6 weeks annual leave (pro rata + bank holidays)
  • Medical Indemnity Cover, which can be exchanged for a cash benefit if not required
  • Study leave, sponsorship and access to supported training schemes to develop new skills
  • Ongoing career progression, including a leadership development scheme
  • Access to clinical supervision sessions
  • Access to CPD valid e-learning courses

Applicants must hold a current GMC registration, be on an NHS England Performers List, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
