City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is an independent, co-owned “for better profit” and co-owned Community Interest Company responsible for providing local health and social care services.

Our services help minimise the need for acute care in hospital through early interventions, community-based treatment and promotion of healthy lifestyles. We deliver over 75 diverse services in a community setting and employ approximately 1400 people.

Wolds View Primary Care Centre provides care 365 days a year, opening to the public from 08:00 to 21:00, for nurse led minor injury and ailments as well as registering residents for GMS care. Doctors will initiate clinical assessment including diagnosis, treatment, referral using a range of advanced skills and expert knowledge for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions, supported by nurse practitioners.

The post holder will work as a part of a multi disciplinary team within the APMS medical practices to meet the health care needs of those people residing in Bridlington.

Our practices consistently achieve high QOF results and deliver a range of enhanced services.

Applicants must have full GMC registration, Professional Medical qualification, Certificate of prescribed or equivalent experience (JCTGP) and/or A Certificate of Completion of Training and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
