TY ELLI GROUP PRACTICE
Salaried GP vacancy with view to Partnership required in positive, dedicated, friendly, thriving practice situated in Llanelli, the largest town in Carmarthenshire
Ty Elli is a robust and friendly 10 Doctor Group Practice that occupies two premises, one in Llanelli Town Centre and the other on the Machynys coast. Both practices are approximately 10 miles from Swansea and within a 10 minute drive off the M4 motorway.
We are a forward thinking patient focussed Partnership that constantly aspire for improvement whilst welcoming new ideas openly. We welcome applicants with special interests so we can further extend our patient services. We value our entire team and remain positive about General Practice and the role it plays within the NHS.
Our feedback from medical students is consistently excellent. The teaching of students is something we value, we are aspiring in the future to become involved in the GP VTS scheme.
Each morning there is a 20 minute break interval for GP’s to mark prescriptions, discuss practice items with colleagues, and a general catch up.
We are a family friendly practice and offer flexible start/finish times within our core GMS hours.
We operate in a robust structured environment with 7 Practice Nurses (42wte), 1 advanced Nurse Practitioner, 1 Triage minor ailment Nurse, and a HCA that support the GP Team. In addition we have a strong committed Reception/Admin team which includes a lead manager for QOF to support the contract aims.
Our secretarial team manage all dictations and referrals saving the clinician admin time so that the team can concentrate on patient needs and GMS contract work.
