We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are committed to supporting the Cheshire East community. Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust, Children and Wellbeing division is looking for two Health Trainers to deliver various Integrated Wellness programmes including smoking cessation, alcohol brief interventions, NHS Health Checks and other Public Health interventions across Cheshire East.
