Our teams aim to deliver the right service, in the right place, at the right time and by the right person, in homes and community settings.
We need creative and motivated health visitors who are keen to work with us to embed our new service model in the delivery of the Health Child Programme (HCP). Solent NHS Trust is committed to staff development and training.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and have the ability to implement new and exciting ways of working differently with a focus on positive outcomes for our children and families.
