Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a reputation for delivering high quality patient care and our diverse Discharge Lounge is seeking a Health Care Assistantfor one year secondment post to cover a career break.
Our vision is simple; to put patients first, to have a passion for excellence, to have pride in our teams and to be able to take personal responsibility.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual to join our team of nurses to provide high quality nursing care to patients within our Discharge Lounge. This post will be to work with patients that are ready to be sent home on the day and to ensure that they have a provision of a safe and effective discharge.
