Flexible Care Assistant Job in Hungerford - Free Uniform & DBS!

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our Swindon branch team, working regular shifts in the local area in a range of settings including care homes, nursing homes, EMI and mental health environments and we have a variety of different shift patterns on offer including days, nights and weekends.

For a limited time, we are offering a free DBS check and free uniform when you join our team!

You will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care. Daily tasks may include assisting with washing and dressing, meal times, personal care and enabling clients to participate in their favourite activities.

You will be a permanent member of the healthcare team responsible for bringing the Newcross standard of care to every individual we care for. You should have at least 3 months' experience in a similar role within a care environment, be committed to quality of care, promoting client independence and improving well-being.

Work flexible hours, full or part time, and get paid weekly!

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months’ previous paid experience working in a care environment in the UK within the last 3 years
  • Referee contact details for your current place of work, including a manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs
  • NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care highly preferable
  • Up-to-date moving and handling training
