Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (OHFT) provides physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. The Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient wards based at the Whiteleaf Centre, Aylesbury are looking to recruit a number of Healthcare Assistants to work alongside the nursing teams to deliver high quality care with compassion to our service users and carers. As a member of the ward team you will be required to attend an initial training programme in Oxford which will result in you achieving a Care Certificate.

The ward staff work on a rota which includes mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays and additional payments are made for unsocial hours.

If you are interested in a career in Mental Health services, have previous caring experience and/or can evidencea professional, approachable and helpful attitude with excellent communication skills we would welcome an application. Interviews will be held in Aylesbury and verbal and numerical testing is mandatory for all external candidates.
