Cygnet Hospital Woking provides low secure services for male and female patients and a specialist psychiatric care service for adolescents. Close to the main site we also have a male locked rehab service. The hospital is located just half an hour from London, is close to the M3 motorway networks and is supported by a vast public transport network.
We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Support Workers across our 3 services. We need motivated individuals, who want to help our patients move out of secure hospital by supporting them to become independent. We welcome applications from experienced Support Workers, recent graduates or those who have an interest in and commitment to mental health. The hospital prides itself on the quality of its training and provides lots of opportunities for training and career development.
Cygnet Hospital Woking aims to deliver the highest standard of patient care in a manner that respects dignity, privacy and individuality. We put our patients at the heart of everything we do and all clinical, social, occupational and psychological treatment is designed and delivered in collaboration with the patient. Our services have a holistic approach supported by good relational and physical security.
This is a full time role, working 385 hours per week on a 24 hour, 7 day a week rota.
