Partnerships in Care is one of the UK’s leading providers of independent specialist secure and step-down care across the UK.

With hospitals around the country, 30 years of experience in our sector and highly skilled and experienced teams, we help patients and commissioners find the right care pathways without the need for multiple reassessments.

Due to the nature and context of the work involved, being male is considered an occupational requirement of this role under paragraph 1, Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

The wards have embedded philosophies of care which are very much focused on providing evidence-based care treatments and enabling patients to progress along an identified care pathway. We are actively encouraging male Nurse applicants to apply, to ensure that we are fully able to accommodate the needs of our service users in the most efficient manner.

As part of our nursing team you will assist and support the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of patients in the unit and on community trips. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team under the direct supervision of a qualified nurse you will be required to undertake a range of duties involving direct patient contact and interaction.

At Partnerships in Care we operate a rolling recruitment programme. Therefore the vacancy you have applied for may be filled by the time you have completed our selection process. Should this be the case we will place you in to our talent pool until the next vacancy arises.
