Home Manager - RGN
My client - an extremely prestigious medium sized private care home based in the Canterbury area, requires a Nurse Manager to manage the clinical aspects of the nursing home alongside the longstanding Area manager.
As Nurse Manager you will you will be the Registered Person in Charge and a Member of the Management Team working with the Partners and the Area Manager with the aim of maintaining a successful Care Home and at all times. You will represent the decisions of the Management Team to the staff and community as a whole.
The successful Nurse Manager will be expected to promote and provide the highest standards of quality care, making our Care Home a safe and happy home for the Residents. You will also ensure adequate care for the residents and ensure that all housekeeping arrangements are conducive to a comfortable environment.
Requirements for Nurse Manager Role
As Nurse Manager, you will be a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) and will hold a valid and up to date NMC pin number.
The successful Nurse Manager will also have previous experience of of managing a team at Deputy level or above.
Salary for Nurse Manager
Salary for this role is £40k plus a discretionary annual bonus.
