Bright Selection are delighted to be working with a leading not for profit provider of care and housing for the elderly seeking a Registered Home Manager for a new residential home opening Spring 2017.
The home will be medium sized and will provide person centred care to elderly residents and those living with dementia.
The group have a good reputation locally and require a motivated new manager to lead and develop a first class home. The provider is experienced in commissioning and have successfully launched a number of new homes so the post holder will be supported by an experienced head office and regional team.
In joining this home the successful candidate will benefit from access to a comprehensive in-house training scheme for both themselves and their team, ensuring continual professional development for all.
To apply for this role you will
- Have a proven track record in managing CQC registered elderly care services
- Be a Registered Manager with CQC or have held a registered manager position
- Hold a relevant management qualification or be willing to undertake training
- Understand CQC standards and how to implement
