Elderly Nursing Home
Morden, Surrey
£40,000- £45,000 pa

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the position for a Home Manager for well a regarded nursing home in Morden, Surrey. The nursing home has 30 beds and cares for elderly adults with physical disabilities who need general nursing care. The nursing home is easily commutable via public transport. The home is part of a group based in the south Wales with a great reputation.

Home Manager Benefits -

Home Manager Role -
  • To ensure effective running of care home
  • Allocation of work to a team of registered nurse and care assistants
  • To manage expenditure in accordance with allocated budgets
  • To ensure that each resident receives care appropriate to their individual need.

Home Manager Requirements -
  • Must have an NMC pin number
  • Managerial skills
  • Clear DBS
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse)
  • RMN ( Registered Mental Nurse)
