Job Description

Our clients operate a very care focused company, which is still very much built around family values, and they have a very real interest in providing the very best of care to their elderly individuals. They are looking for an exceptional care home manager with a proven track record for their 56 bedded care home in the Fife area. 


The home caters for elderly residents who suffer from varying levels of Dementia. The home itself has an award winning design for  a dementia friendly environment, and also has a small specialized unit for people with complex nursing needs.


The ideal candidate for our client would be a strong and dedicated leader, who is passionate about delivering consistently high levels of care. You will need to be a dynamic and proactive individual, with an excellent ability to lead and manage the home on a day to day basis. You will ensure the team delivers excellent person centered care by helping each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life.
 
This role would suit someone who has change management skills and who is up to the challenge of getting this home back on track to achieve the high standards it is used to


In order to be considered for this role you must:


  • Hold a Health and Social Care or Nursing qualification
  • Have a recognised managerial award
  • Have sound clinical knowledge
  • Have experience of working in a similar Managerial role
  • Have strong leadership qualities

Health and Social Care Level 4 or above  or
NMC registration
Managerial Qualification
