Would you like to make a positive difference to people’s lives, every single day? Are you a registered nurse with experience in palliative care? Longfield is recruiting a Hospice at Home Manager, who will be joining us at a very exciting time. We have ambitious plans to grow and develop a wider range of services, reaching out to support more people in Gloucestershire.

This person manages our dedicated, community-based team (approximately 40 staff) to deliver expert, compassionate care to people in their own homes. Supported by a team of Clinical Co-ordinators, you will ensure the delivery of a responsive service, which follows our values by being professional, supportive, accessible, personalised and innovative.

The job is based in a delightful setting and offers flexible working, free car parking, subsidised meals and the transfer of your NHS pension. The charity invests in people’s continuing professional development and learning and is rewarded with high levels of commitment and loyalty.

Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking registered nurse with skills in and experience of:

  • Working in a community setting

  • Leading and managing a team

  • Working in a palliative, end-of-life or oncology setting

  • Communicating in a clear and compelling way
