As a charity Horder Healthcare’s key purpose is ‘to advance health’. We currently achieve this through providing outstanding orthopaedic and musculoskeletal (MSK) services from our hospitals, The Horder Centre, in Crowborough; physiotherapy and MSK services from our clinics situated in the South East; and maxillofacial, plastic reconstruction surgery and ophthalmology from the newest member of Horder Healthcare, The McInode Centre in East Grinstead.

The Role
As Hospital Manager your focus will be to provide strategic direction and leadership to the hospital. Ensuring the delivery of cost effective, high quality and safe healthcare. You will be responsible for maximising the financial and operational performance of the hospital.

The successful candidate will have significant senior management experience within a healthcare setting. You will have a proven track record of leading a multi-disciplinary team, energise and motivate a team through change management. You will be highly driven with evidence of successfully developing and implementing a business plan.
