Eastleigh House supports 10 people who have been diagnosed with Autism and associated disabilities. We aim to enable everyone to make their own choices about the support they receive. We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.
Eastleigh House is a specialist service that supports people who have been diagnosed with Autism. Individuals have varying levels of Autism and are all supported by experienced staff, who enable their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs to be met.
The support at Eastleigh House is delivered by a dedicated Team of staff, who are committed to providing quality support. Each person has a Person Centred Plan, which they help design and each plan is specifically designed to reflect his or her personal needs and choices. Each person is assigned a key worker who ensures a holistic approach to their support.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible person to join our team as a house keeper for 25 hours per week over a 5 day shift pattern, hours to be discussed further at interview.
As part of your role you will undertake a comprehensive training and development package.
