Housekeeping Team Leader

Job Description


The successful candidate will be required:

  • To ensure an exemplary level of cleanliness is upheld throughout the hospital by the Housekeeping Team.
  • To provide an efficient and streamline Housekeeping service for the whole hospital working within established policies and processes.

  • To keep a well motivated and efficient team.

  • To always be aware of patient's and visitor's expectations and ensure an exemplary level of customer service is delivered by the Housekeeping Team and lead by example.

  • To carry out the duties of the Housekeeping Team Leader as appropriate alongside general Housekeeping duties - please see Job Description attached.
