Job purpose: To provide an efficient administrative service working within established policies and processes, and to ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, consultants and the hospital team. This is a bank position which means there are no fixed hours, so applicants will need to be flexilble to cover a variety of shift patterns from 8.00am-8.30pm Monday - Friday and 8.00am-1.00pm on Saturday. Previous experience working in an administrative and customer facing role and experience working in a medical environment would be desirable.
