Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to deliver immunisations to children and young people as part of the school childhood immunisation programme? The service has undergone rapid expansion across East Sussex and is constantly evolving in response to national immunisation initiatives and public health outcomes framework.
The post holder will ensure the smooth running and administration of these nurse-led sessions, and will and optimise uptake of immunisations via promotion of public health strategies.
Previous Immunisation or other relevant experience required.
As the Immunisation team cover the whole of East Sussex it is essential you can meet the travel requirements of the post, and a flexible approach to working will be required.
