An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join the Single Point of access. The post holder will be based at Progress House in Wigan. The Single point of Access triages referrals for a number of community services. The aim of the service is to assist in admission avoidance and facilitate discharge from a Hospital setting.
The post holder will be required to work independently without direct supervision and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
