We are actively recruiting for a Trainee Business Analyst  to work at our Head Office in High Wycombe

What does being a Trainee Business Analyst  at InHealth involve?

As a Business Analyst at InHealth you will be part of a Programme Delivery team working with sponsors and stakeholders across the InHealth organisation to define, design and implement a variety of projects within a wider programme to enable our people to provide the very best in patient care.   You will have a real and tangible influence on the patient experience at InHealth.

You will have the confidence  in working with stakeholders across business functions developing key skills such as mapping as-is business processes and identifying optimal to-be processes which can involve optimising the existing processes and / or identifying the appropriate systems to facilitate the business needs.   Your strong communication and influencing skills will enable you to elicit detailed functional and non-functional business requirements from stakeholders at all levels as well as managing expectations and changes that may occur. Likewise your attention to detail and diligence will contribute to the production of high quality outputs that leads to the business desired outcomes.  Your experiences at InHealth will be varied and challenging and your personal commitment, tenacity and desire to succeed will help you build a successful and rewarding career at InHealth.

What skills and experience will you need to apply?

  • Experience of problem solving and process improvement
  • Have the ability to facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams in a face-to-face or remote environment
  • Experience in presenting findings to suit different types of audience
  • Ability to travel to geographically dispersed sites.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and keeping to a challenging timescales
  • Completer / Finisher
  • Good communication skills
