- Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

- Salary: Pound Sterling (GBP£13.00 - £14.50 per hours (negotiable depending on experience) £20,280 - £27,144 Paid Breaks £1000 welcome Bonus 

- Hours: Full Time 30-36 Hours

We are currently looking for someone who will play a key role within this care home as a Junior Sister/charge nurse. This historic home is located in a stunning conservation area and has been sensitively converted. The home specialises is different types of care including Palliative, Nursing and respite care. The staff at this home is committed to offering the highest level of care, with fantastic management and a CQC rating of 5 of 5.

About the role

- Co-ordinating work and inspiring, motivating and leading the care team

- Making sure that everything runs smoothly, you'll be empowered to make decisions, assess needs, deliver care plans, supervise medication and really get to know our residents and their families.

- Helping to shape the care homes of the future as we champion dementia care and work with a growing number of PCTs, your RGN/RMN experience will enable you to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents, as part of a wider multi-disciplinary community team.

Who we're looking for

- You will be a level one Registered Nurse

- Someone who shares our passion and dedication for making every day special for our residents

- The ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their families

- A natural educator with leadership experience, you will constantly look for ways to share knowledge of best practice with those around you

- A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently

You'll work with great autonomy and receive the industry leading support and training you need to progress your career to Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and beyond. Enjoying plenty of variety, as well as complex and interesting work at a home where every day is different, you must be able to delegate effectively, deliver medication and maintain high quality care documentation.
