Staff Nurse Band 6 Post 7 North Ward Specialist Surgery Directorate

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular Nursing for Staff Nurse Band 6 post on 7 North Ward in Charing Cross Hospital at Imperial College Healthcare NHS trust London. Ward is a 26 bedded acute Surgical and Urology providing care to patients post Cystectomies, Nephrectomies and General Surgery patients. Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will have:

•Proven experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a surgical setting

• Experience of staff management, evidence of dealing with off duty, complaints, sickness, personal development plans and other staff management issues

•Experience in conducting audits and implementing changes

•The ability to motivate staff to embrace new concepts
