You will need to be committed and highly motivated providing quality care for patients from a diverse town and country population. The Clinical Nurse Manager/Matron and Consultant in Emergency Care Nursing aim to assist the staff to develop within the Emergency Department, supporting their personal progress, with close links with the local University.
A passion for emergency care nursing with proven communication skills, good time management skills, enthusiasm and the ability to be flexible are the qualities that will enable you to fulfil this role. You will be a positive role model and leader for the nursing team in the Emergency Department and support the Matron in the effective running of the Department, with an insight into cost effectiveness.
