Set in its own grounds close to Frome town centre, North Hill House is an independent specialist day and residential school for children and young people aged 6 to 19 years with high functioning autistic spectrum disorders, including Asperger’s Syndrome and associated difficulties.

The school has been specifically designed to provide a strong focus for both UK and international students who need different levels of support to succeed, thus allowing young people with autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger’s Syndrome and associated difficulties to thrive effectively in an ever-demanding and complex society.  Students have ambitions to live and work as self-reliant adults and we can help them to reach their goals with continued support, structure and guidance.  The school welcomes students on a day or weekly residential basis for 38 weeks per year.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic kitchen assistant to support our catering team. Working within a busy kitchen environment, you will ensure all cleaning is completed in a timely and efficient manner and complies with the company's Assured Safe Catering standards. You will also ensure that all catering stock and equipment is correctly stored and accounted for, and may be required to assist with some basic food preparation.

This is a Term Time Only post, and we are looking to cover 3pm to 6pm Monday-Thursday.
