An opening has arisen to work in the Paediatric Emergency department at one of London’s four Major Trauma Centres. You will work with Dr Ian Maconochie, Dr Rebecca Salter, Dr Rahman and the other Emergency Department consultants, a paediatric SpR in emergency medicine, with 7 other registrars and a dedicated team of nursing staff. You will be trained to assess and treat the whole range of medical, surgical and social conditions encountered, to liase with hospital teams and with the community services.
We will encourage you to complete an EPLS /APLS/ATLS course at St Mary’s. Doctors from both general paediatrics and emergency medicine will work alongside you and applicants with experience in either specialty are invited to apply.
