Lead host/hostess
Job Description

We are hoping to recruit an experienced host/hostess to lead our current team of hosts and hostesses in our hotel services department. It is essential that the applicant is able to demonstrate a proven ability of day to day management of a team (10-12 colleagues) and previous leadership experience is essential. Please do not apply for this position without previous experience of working in a managerial position. (Due to the requirements of the role, applicants without this will not be able to be considered).

It is also essential that the applicant has the following:

Experience in customer service.

Ability to be flexible to the needs of our business

Possess great communication and interpersonal skills and be friendly and approachable

Exhibit a drive to improve and maintain service standards

Be willing to go above and beyond the job role in order to ensure the team are working to the highest standard
